Well, whatever it is, I've got comfort food on the mind.
Today's Special: 3 Bean Chili con Carne with Corn Fritters.
I can never finish a whole order so I'm having a small bowl.
Seeing as how I'm nomming one right now...I don't know why this picture makes me drool.
Yes...*right* now I am munching away, typing with greasy fingers.
I also took a stroll through the kitchen and found these delightful items.

An Iguana just ran in the front door, panicked, scaled the gift shop door, then got herded out the back by me.

Love the iguana! He is too cute! Don't know how I'd feel about him coming in my house, but shoot, we've already got tiny lizards that make their way in when the doors are open!
I'll see about writing the recipe down when I get downstairs. They really are ever so good.
They looked pretty good, that's for sure! I'd love the recipe too!
